At O.T.N, we aim to provide a safe and secure website for all our customers and are strongly committed to protecting your privacy. Should you purchase any of our products, certain information you have chosen to supply O.T.N, such as your name, address, phone number and email address. We will only use the personal information you have given for the purpose of delivery and will not use it for any other purpose without you consent. Under no circumstances will we receive payment for disclosure of your personal information. One of the reasons we have chosen Pay Pal is for this reason.
Shipping Policy
You can make purchase online via PayPal or by mail Order Form. Orders only available in Australia. Orders are dispatched within 3 Working Days via Australia Post and an additional fee of $10.00 applies for postage and handling once your payment has been processed.
In the event of a product being out of stock or there is a delay in delivery, we will advise you with in 3 working days. Advice will be given on length of delay.
Please note: For security purposes, O.T.N will not deliver to a P.O. Box address.
O.T.N Exchange Policy
We do not give refunds simply because you changed your mind or make wrong decision. However O.T.N will be happy to exchange, but only with in 14 working days of purchase. The sale is then final after 14 days of you receiving your order.
- Exchange item(s) must be in original condition with tags attached and in their original packaging.
- Must not have been worn.
- Must not have been washed.
- To be eligible for an exchange (excluding postage and handling), items must be received by O.T.N within 14 working days of you receiving your order.
Please be sure to include a copy of the original sales receipt with your item(s) returned.
Please note: Your exchange will not be processed without a receipt.
- An additions fee of $10.00 applies for re-shipping and will need to be made by you.Please note: O.T.N holds no responsibility for any item(s) sent back for exchange by you that can not be tracked. We strongly recommend you use a registered mail option.
